O armonie de gusturi care imbina notele florale, toastate cu compot de fructe verzi, dulceata subtila a granelor, vanilie, note lemnoase si notele pamantoase ale drojdiei salbatice. Fermentata in butoi de stejar romanesc si maturata timp de 12 luni, cu un gust intens, cu note dulci, fructate si acide.
